When it comes to strategy and creating your Big Story, campaign messaging, content strategy, website plans and even your technology plans, leaking out the pieces over a few months can feel painfully slow. In some cases, it can be hard to feel like these are all connected and orchestrated.
Immersive bootcamps and a series of workshops can help you make better progress faster and work on the connected components in hours instead of weeks. This can help accelerate this process and contribute to improved results. Everyone is focused, you'll have deep and rich conversations, and you’ll leave the bootcamp knowing exactly who you are going after, what you need to say to them, how to differentiate the company and what’s on the to-do list.
We talk about how to prepare for a productive bootcamp or workshop, including how they are organized, who should attend and who should run them. We start with outlining exactly what you want to accomplish and talk through the importance of having a facilitator, whether it be an internal or external person.
Finally, we cover who should come to these meetings, how many people from each department are necessary, and the expected outcomes and deliverables. Alignment and sticking to the plan are so crucial. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
