    In this episode of What’s Wrong With Revenue?, we discuss how long a revenue generation system takes to produce results. It’s the million dollar question. It’s the question everyone asks, but the answer is elusive and for very good reasons.

    First, how hard are you going to work? How much are you willing to invest? How many changes are you planning to apply? How good are you at taking advice and guidance? How good is your story? How rich is your content? How helpful is your website?

    A lot of qualitative and quantitative factors go into answering this important question. In this episode, we go in-depth to provide the insight required for you to answer it based on your companys product/service and revenue generation efforts.

    We discuss how to mitigate risks that might delay expected results. Weve found that the best clients educate their teams from the beginning and have many open conversations. Having team buy-in and the appropriate budget will ensure you get results faster. We discuss examples and why you need a plan, a budget and the right team.

    We wrap up the show by answering a couple of questions from listeners. If you have inconsistencies, intermittent results and a low close rate, youre probably a good fit for the system.
