Based in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, Kristin’s primary area of expertise is B2B marketing.

Her family always comes first, and she loves exploring new cuisines and flavors. She also values exercise and a balanced lifestyle, which involves the occasional Dorito binge! Kristin’s key traits are her thoughtfulness, resilience and ability to connect. She values a great team that empowers you to become a powerful and positive force in the work you do.

Bob McCarthy is a proud New Englander and two-time UMass Dartmouth graduate who now calls Delaware home. His passions include Boston sports, great music and delicious beer. You’ll often find him making musical references in everyday situations. When it comes to music, Bob believes that no one can compete with Bob Dylan.

He loves spending time with his family, eating pizza and baked goods, and exploring the endless possibilities life offers. He yearns for September hikes in the Whites, October evenings in town, and beer and steamers on the water. Bob is a firm believer in not letting fear stand in the way of progress.

Susan Justice is a creative marketing dynamo! With over 20 years of marketing and communications leadership experience, Susan drives our clients’ strategic direction. She has worked with boutique and large marketing agencies and was a successful independent consultant. Susan’s passion is helping companies share their stories purposefully and making a difference through her work.

She loves her home city, Atlanta, and is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! Susan is outdoorsy and enjoys hiking, kayaking or simply taking in breathtaking scenery. As an animal rescue advocate, she’s devoted to giving a voice to the voiceless. Fun fact: Susan is a true crime junkie and enjoys putting her sleuthing superpower to work to help save the universe.

Samantha Nichols is a senior growth consultant hailing from the picturesque state of Montana. With a rich background in digital marketing and agency work, Samantha brings a unique skill set to our team.

What truly makes Samantha’s heart sing are her top three loves in life: her family, books and travel. She believes that life is too short to stress over the small things and loves infusing creativity into even the most mundane aspects of life. Beyond conquering the digital realm, Samantha is also a passionate mountain biker, avid reader, knitting enthusiast, golf aficionado, skiing fanatic and die-hard hockey fan!

Lillian Cotter is a client services manager, conquering the B2B world. With an extensive background in marketing, she’s done it all – design, copywriting, print ads and direct mail. In 2021, Lillian embarked on an exciting entrepreneurial journey and started her own business, specializing in organic content creation consulting on LinkedIn. We’re thrilled to announce that she joined our amazing team in 2023!

When she’s not conquering the marketing universe, Lillian cherishes the three things that mean the world to her: her friends, her family and her adorable dog! She firmly believes that having all four seasons beats “perfect” weather any day.

Beth Shope is a growth strategist from Rochester, New York. Beth’s career kick-started with an online coffee company, where she fearlessly delved into various roles. Her 20-plus years in marketing have solidified her belief that numbers don’t lie. You have to be willing to formulate a strategy, test, evaluate and adjust – over and over again. She’s a well-balanced individual, using both her left and right brain powers to balance the science and art of marketing.

Melanie LoBue is a talented marketing leader who enjoys collaborating with and learning from her incredibly smart Square 2 teammates and clients. Melanie’s personal journey has been filled with unique achievements, from growing up on an island, being the first person in her family to graduate from college and singing with the Boston Pops.

Professionally, Melanie has led global rebranding efforts, designed marketing campaigns for diverse B2B organizations and built growth marketing operations from the ground up. On the weekends, Melanie is a singer who performs regularly with a popular Cape Cod cover band. When Melanie isn’t rocking out, she loves soaking up saltwater and sunshine. During her limited downtime, Melanie cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones, including her pets – Teal the Dog, and Dolly and Willie the cats – specifically watching Star Trek.

Doug Manners is our very own wordsmith extraordinaire. As managing editor, he works closely with the talented team at Square 2 to make sure everything we produce is high quality and supports clients’ top objectives. He meshes his journalism and digital marketing experience to tell stories that resonate with people.

Living in Colorado, Doug loves exploring the great outdoors, from hiking up Colorado’s stunning mountains in the summer to zipping down ski slopes in the winter. Ask him the elevation of almost any place in the U.S. and he’ll probably know the answer (without looking it up on Google)! Talk about being a walking geography encyclopedia.

Norm Schurdell is an ACE (Agile Creative Engineer) hailing from beautiful Idaho! His passion with technology is building web applications and user interface systems that are done the right way.

Norm’s three greatest loves in life are family, friendships and travel. A talent that he would love to learn is the ability to speak and write multiple languages fluently. He’s also a lifelong learner who loves teaching others.

What sets Sara apart is her attention to detail. Bad kerning? Not on her watch! Precision and finesse are essential in the world of design, and Sara brings that to every project. When Sara’s not busy working her magic, you can find her enjoying a perfect work/life balance. Her family, pizza and the beach are her top three loves. And yes, she believes that pineapple absolutely belongs on pizza!
